Finding the right support

Headstrong shares bite-sized skills backed by research to help with everyday stress, mood, and motivation. It’s a preventive, self-help tool—great for building wellbeing and resilience. If you’re feeling really overwhelmed, unsafe, or stuck (e.g., intense anxiety, very low mood, thoughts of harm), Headstrong isn’t the right support on its own. Please use the helplines and resources below, or talk with someone you trust (whānau, friend, GP, counsellor). If you feel in immediate danger, contact emergency services. You’re not alone—support is available.
